SHOP POLICIES

We are so glad that you decided to visit 

Outlined below are some important policies for our store. 

SHIPPING: 

Shipping Charges are calculated based on weight. We currently ship by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

Our items are processed and shipped out directly by 31ThriftandMore no later than 5 business days from the day your payment is processed. 

If you need your item processed sooner we ask that you contact us prior to check out to make sure we can meet your deadline. (Hint: We usually CAN!) 

We CAN confirm and guarantee ship by dates. However, we cannot and do not guarantee shipment delivery dates.  Delivery dates are estimates by the delivery method chosen and can vary given weather delays and other circumstances beyond our control.  

Exceptions to our Shipment Policy:

Military Flag Boxes - The orders for these items are graciously processed and drop shipped by the local manufacturer to help benefit our local neighbors in need. 

RETURNS: 

While we hope that you never have a need to return any item to us we do understand that this can happen

We ask that you notify us no later than 48 hours from the tracked delivery date of your item if you intend to return it.   

If you received a Return Shipping Label within your package you may use this to return your item. The cost to return your item will be deducted from your refund amount available. - Please see Return Guidelines below. 

Other items, such as "Shoes" we do offer a Grace Period of 48 hours for you to receive your item and try it on and if the item will not work for you we have RETURN GUIDELINES for you to follow.

RETURN GUIDELINES 
1) Notify us by email at 31thriftandmore@ccmhickory.org no later than 48 hours from item delivery that you need to return an item and the reason for the return. 
2)  You must receive approval/Cofirmation in order to return your item.  
3) Upon approval you will be emailed a return label for your item - OR if your package included a return label you may use this. Your item must be shipped back to us in the original box.   
4) The item must be in the original condition it was sent in, be unworn and have no smell (no smoke or other smell).  If it had tags the tags MUST still be ATTACHED. If it was packaged (ex. shirt in original plastic package) it must be unopened and returned. 
5) Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item minus any original shipping or return shipping charges (Unless there are extenuating circumstances to be determined by the seller). 
6) IF your item was received damaged by shipping please contact us ASAP upon receipt with this information and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
